I was born in Perth, Western Australia.
In 2011, I started my Chiropractic journey at Murdoch University after coming to the realization about the benefits of manual therapies and their part to play in health care from young elite athletes to the older aging population.
During the end of my 4th year of studies I was a part of a group in the Chiropractic Course to travel to India as part of the, “Hands on India 2014” to treat the “Untouchables” one of the poorest groups in India. There we not only helped with musculo-skeletal conditions of the locals but we raised funds to send children to school and to promote women’s empowerment groups, whom suffer from social injustice and inequality, so they are able to provide for themselves and their families.
At the start of 2016 I finished the practical component of the Chiropractic Course with the help of the many professionals who I learnt from which included Chiropractors, Medical Doctors and a Radiographer.
I graduated later on that year with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Bachelor of Chiropractic.
I worked in Christchurch, New Zealand for 2 years and 8 months after graduating. After seeing many patients and observing the inner workings of a Chiropractic Clinic. I have come home to Perth to help the people here.
I am passionate about pain relief and function in patients with a particular interest in shoulder dysfunction, superficial nerve entrapments and rehabilitation. As a Chiropractor I am well experienced in seeing patients with spinal and musculo-skeletal pain and use techniques such as manual diversified extremity/spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapies, drop piece manipulation, bio-mechanical blocking, manual flexion distraction and dry needling.
Through passive care I am able to help patients manage their spinal pain during the flare ups and through education and advice, empower the patient with self care at home to prevent re-occurrences of their pain, increase their function and to reach their short- and long-term goals.
Outside of practice, my hobbies include going to the gym, reading, drawing, painting and walking the Βibbulmun Track.
